Manucheck provides AI-assisted manuscript analysis. Reports are generated by a language model and are advisory only.

KDP Compliance AI provides AI-powered publishing guidance and does not guarantee approval by Amazon KDP. This platform is not affiliated with Amazon.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

One person or organisation per account. Team access on the Pro plan is the supported way to share a workspace.

You retain all rights in your manuscript. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to produce your report.

You confirm you have the right to upload the material you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Uploaded files are deleted seven days after upload under our retention policy.

Analysis runs on your own OpenAI API key. Your use of OpenAI is governed by your agreement with OpenAI, including its usage policies and charges.

You are responsible for all costs incurred on your OpenAI account through the service.

Do not upload unlawful material, attempt to circumvent plan limits, probe or attack the service, or resell access without a written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or place it at risk.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Promotional licenses activate the plan attached to the code. If a license is refunded, cancelled or suspended, the associated plan reverts to Free and your reports remain accessible.

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that reports are error-free or that acting on them will produce any particular outcome, including publication approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
